Suspend 3—{1}{U}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {1}{U}{U} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.) Search target opponent’s library for a creature card and put that card onto the battlefield under your control. Then that player shuffles.

Modular 1 If a modular triggered ability would put one or more +1/+1 counters on a creature you control, that many plus one +1/+1 counters are put on it instead. {R}: Destroy target artifact you control. {W}: Zabaz, the Glimmerwasp gains flying until end of turn.
At the beginning of each player’s upkeep, that player may put an artifact, creature, or land card from their hand onto the battlefield.
